Email Bot, by Austen Allred, checks your inbox every hour. It moves clutter out of the way, leaves the messages that need you and writes reply drafts that match how you normally write. It does not send anything.
Because sending is off the table, you can try it on a busy inbox without worrying about a wrong reply going out. Hourly checks mean the inbox stays tidy through the day rather than in one big sort. It is a different bot from Colin McDermott's Email Bot, which has its own page here. Archived mail is not deleted, so anything moved by mistake is easy to find. After a week, look at what it archived and adjust your rules so the same mistake does not happen again. Sharing a few emails you were happy with helps it learn your tone faster.
It suits busy founders, executives and anyone buried in email. Tell it which senders always matter, check the archive folder for the first few days and edit drafts so your tone stays right.
