When nothing is overdue, it stays quiet. It never sends mail itself, so you choose which nudges to send and when.
It suits sales reps, recruiters, freelancers and anyone who sends a lot of first emails. A short, polite nudge often gets the reply; three in a week does not. It is most useful after a conference or a batch of cold emails, when dozens of threads need checking at once.
