It also does a handy second job: give it any file and it hands back a Google Drive link, which you can open on your phone to download the file. That is useful when a bot has made a report, a video or a spreadsheet and you are away from your desk. Moving files rather than deleting them means nothing is lost, and you can still find older work in Drive when you need it.
